I'm not used to things going wrong with this car  and now the bulb has failed in the rear interior light.  Before I attack the cover to remove it...  Does it just clip into the roof? How much is removed to get at the bulb?  Does the whole light come out or just the clear cover?

I checked the manual and true to form, it tells me how to change every bulb except this one!

In case they are not all the same, mine has 3 lamps - the main light in the centre and reading lights either side.

From memory the clear plastic clips off, just take it easy, cant remember if it clips front to back or back to front.

For future reference...

The clear plastic cover is removable; no need to remove the whole light.  The cover levers off from the outer edge and "hinges" on 2 tabs along the centre line of the light.  There are no clips to release: it is held by friction on 2 pegs.  I used a broad blade screwdriver to start it off until I could get my fingers in to finish it off.
