GPS system

Featured Replies

Have Kodiaq Edition so has the full large screen Infotainment system.

When I put a route in .... can you get it to 'learn your route'      For example I know some short cuts I use, but the system doesn't use them, can it do what TomTom has offered for years ' and 'Learn your preferred routes"

Deleted (misunderstood the question!)

The old Columbus system (MiB 2 in my Octavia Mk3) certainly 'learnt' the route you took and used that information when planning the same route after a while (didn't necessarily do it after only one go, otherwise you'd be stuffed if you ended up down a diversion or wrong turn or something that first time!). I would like to assume that the new system does the same, but I don't know for sure and I've not tested it out because I pretty much use CarPlay exclusively now...

Stick a Garmin on the screen

Much better functionality.  And easier to see. Plus mph.
