Flywheel advice

Featured Replies

Any able to advise me on the best Clutch/Flywheel combo I can buy? And what price it usually is? Can do labour myself

Mk3 VRS TSi with 70k miles, starting to hear my flywheel rattle at idle, and feel like its just going to get worse. Clutch feels fine but no point leaving it in place.

Stage 1 but wont be going any higher than that, so hoping standard replacements will be fine.

Sachs for clutches and LUK or Sachs for the DMF.

Quite a lot of cars come from the factory with Sachs clutch and LUK DMF. It tends to be the most expensive way of doing it but I have had no cause for complaint and is my preferred combination.
