Good article and a good read, thanks for sharing 

Reading this, the cambelt/timing chain. Does this need changed in the TSI VRS? 

 

I ask because my VRS is 6 years old at the end of this year with 50K miles and its never been done.

MK3 TSi does not have a cambelt as the article says. It has a cam chain and I'm pretty sure there is no replacement schedule.

Cheers Karl, really good read. The only think I noticed was you say earlier diesels were Euro 6, sadly this is not the case until sometime in 2015 I believe.
