Steering wheel nearly impossible to turn with engine off . Working fine at normal driving speeds but feels very very heavy at low speeds almost as if the power steering us gone .

Car serviced twice a year and only 110k on the clock .

Finding it very difficult to turn the steering with the engine off is normal.

 

The power steering is electrically operated and should feel nice and light at all speeds, within a second or two of starting the engine.

 

First port of call should be to get the car scanned for logged fault codes.
