Kessy problema

Featured Replies

Hello guys, I am a proud owner of Skoda superb mkII with kessy but there is a problem, the car unlocks perfect when I touch the door handle but when I try to lock the car it locks the car for a lot of times, it keeps locking until I go away from the car, I looked up in vcds and there is no fault, I changed the key fob battery but it does the same.Any suggestions on what might be the problem? Thanks

Try to lock and go away. Leave the key outside KESSY range, go to car and check if the it was really locked. Check EVERY door including trunk.

Try the passenger door, is the same?

The keyless sensors from VAG is know to fail.

The passenger door works perfect, only the driver door is the problem

Then I place my bet on a sensor failure.

Any idea on how much the sensor will cost and the sensor it's in the handle or I need a new confort module?

The sensor itself shouldn't cost that much, you do not need a new module if it is the sensor that has failed.

Thanks a lot for the answers, I will try to find a new sensor.

Hello guys, manage to fix the problem by changing the handle, the sensor inside the handle can't be removed for my model, it is cast in. Thanks for the help! The keesy is working perfect now.
