OCTAVIA5 MPI STREAM MP3 HU CODE NEEDED

Hi All,

I recently purchased a used STREAM MP3 unit from an VRS model. BUT i need the code as the old owner told me to go to a dealer. I have SKZ numbers etc and i wonder if there any possibillity to get a code withoiut running to a dealer and paying extra money....

Plenty of sellers on eBay can provide the code from the serial number pretty cheaply :-)

Bite the bullet and pay the 7 quid to one of the ebay guys. I did the other day and I had the code in less than 5 minutes.

Hi All,

Finally i will fix the CODE as i will visit a local dealer (skoda) on Tuesday morning. From what they sai to me is that they will put on diagnostic and lock the new code for the stream mp3 unit...

Most probably the whole proccess will be with no cost....as i have already spent about 65 euros for the HU and 10 eurplus for an AUx 12 pin cable
