Anyone know how to do this?   I pulled upwards at the leading edge and the two under seat clips  released, but it is also held on at the back edge somehow.  Anyone know the next step?

Take note that after removing bench you have to replace plastic slots that hold it in. That's from service manual. In my experience it doesn't hold as good anymore so I would also recommend replacing them after removal. 

Does adding soundproofing under the rear seat base make much difference to the road noise coming from the rear?   If so what's the best stuff to use?
