Adrian - have you tried the direct replacement versions in the rain yet?

Not sure I can be bothered replacing the arms and the blades will soon need changing on the Octavia.

I looked at direct replacements at £30 and then looked at the Genuine Aeroblades in halfords for £19 and ralised that I was better off going the genuine route.

And Rob, no problem, glad it helped, even if i did get the arms and blades backwards

I've tried mine in the rain now And I reckon they are better. Admittedly I'm comparing to 6 month old standard ones.

That'd be kinda cool - but no, it's a bag of plastic brackets that the previous owners left - haven't tidied that bit yet!!

Bats are pretty rare round here.
