Coming in late on this, I had a warning last year but could find no noticeable difference in any of the tyre pressures.  After doing a full check and making sure they all read the same on my gauge, I reset the TPMS on the infotainment display and all has been well since.  Still not sure what triggered the warning though.

I've had one false warning but 3 genuine ones. Two punctures 

and one tyre  garage that set wrong pressures.
