Reversing camera install

Featured Replies

Hello boys and girls.

im new here and this is my first post, i’m Normally good with stuff like this but i’m Truly scratching my head this time.

I got a Pioneer AVH 3100DAB installed, 12v is pigggback to the Canbus 10amp fuse as so is my Stepper motor boost gauge.

I’m trying to install a reversing camera to the install, I know the camera needs a 12v ignition on power feed and ground and I don’t fancy tapping into that same system.

Is there a 12v feed on the rear lamp cluster harness I can use. Does anyone have a wiring diagram of said plug?

cheers guys. It would save me a lot of ballache diagnosis to be shown what wire does what on that plug.

Cheers.

No 12v ign supply at the rear lights, but if you have a rear wiper ? there is a 12v ign supply on that (Black/Lilac wire) and there is a connector in the "C" pillar area (PINK) that the supply goes through, the reverse signal on the tail lights is the Black/Blue wire (Pin 4 )
