Not 100% certain, however I think that you can't buy this as a separate item (have to get it as part of the exhaust pipe?)

 

Either that, or you get someone who's good at welding???

Not available on it's own. Rear exhaust section with chrome tip is about £250 from the Skoda dealers

Looks like a handy info from Lyminton and Nige8021, however if you don't fancy forking out for an exhaust pipe just to get the tip, good ol' eBay might yield something second-hand?
