TOBELL Cosmetic Damage Insurance

Afternoon All,

Has anyone any experience with TOBELL for cosmetic damage. I had a policy added to the deal when I bought my KAROQ in January from Simpsons Skoda Colne (told it was free, an limited offer and in with the monthly payment - not free then?). It is supposed to cover 18 claims over three years, each claim (or dent / scratch) has a £10 excess.

Anyway, some kind person has opened their car door on mine while at work and I have a dent in the middle of my drivers side rear door. As I have this cosmetic insurance I may as well use it but just wanted to ask around to see if anyone had any dealings with them and how they operate.

I've contacted 'Chips Away' as well for a quote as we have a new operator locally but not received anything as yet. Just interested what they charge. Supposed to reply within 24 Hrs! At the time of writing they have ONE hour left!!!!
