Been to local vcds friend and been through all menus and can not get front fogs to do cornering function please can anyone help believe maybe a module issue 

I enabled cornering lights on mine using the Carista app but saw that this can only be done by this app on facelift models (plus many other features). So I guess you need at least one module change and perhaps software upgrades.

A full autoscan from VCDS would be useful at this point
