How to get to 1.2 12v HTP sparkplugs?

Hi all,

Just spent some time trying to figure how to get to my fabia`s sparkplugs. In a previous post, I was advised to remove the coilpack to get to the plug. My problem is, how do you exactly grasp and remove the coilpack?

Do I lift ( How?? ) packs one by one or unbolt the carrier that is holding them and lift all three in one go??

Damn VW for turning simple things into complicated ones!!
