Multiple errors on ignition

Featured Replies

Hi guys

first post so bear with:)

Not sure on next steps to take.

Started having errros coming up in my dashboard when I turn ignition on and the engine won’t start ( see pics)

takes several attempts to get it running and once is on, no problems. It is very random, sometimes several times a day, sometimes several days without doing it.  Took it to skoda twice, once they said software update and should be Ok, once they said they reset the central unit and should be ok. Still have a problem and don’t know where to go next. Don’t fancy replacing central unit as can go into thousands... Skoda at this point have no idea what is going on and where the fault is.

Any recommendations on what to do next, would be much appreciated. Or other garages to go to...

Based in Kent, near Canterbury (where I took my car)

exact same errors i have but i swapped my dials for a virtual cockpit.

........ I'll be careful asking this question to another member.............. but how's your battery?

Before you had these errors popping up, was your car starting normally, driving normally and was the stop start operating as expected?

Battery fine, all OK before this errors started, it was suddenly in one morning when I’ve put the ignition on that they happened.

car was perfect in every way before this

I have the same problem, it started on monday, I was trying to replace a fuse which I couldnt find. Then I did smth that I should not have done it, taking out an in some fuses, when I turn on the ignition esc and tyre pressure errors came on, the engine dont start. A car electrician came in and fixed it on Wednesday,  yesterday was just fine and today the errors came up again.

Exactly the same warning lights and it's the ABS sensor in the wheel hub. I have traction/ABS/bendy lights/parking control  tyre pressure system and stop start faults.

Mine is at Skoda being done under warranty but without a warranty the part is only about £40 and easy to do. I removed both rear sensors and gave them a clean just in case that would solve it but it didn't.

the part for mine is WHT 003 864 A (with self park) https://www.onlinecarparts.co.uk/ate-7618461.html

however mine does start and drive ok

hope this helps
