I am living in France. 

I cannot find the spec of car I want over here, but have found in the UK. 

my question is a simple one. Do I need to change the headlights or are the bixenon lights able to be configured for continental driving? 

I know that the halogens are not. 

You'll need to change the headlights.

 

The bi-xenon's can be flat-beamed for driving on the opposite side of the road, but to pass the Contrôle Technique you'll need properly adjusted LHD headlights.
