I recently got hold of a mk1 Octavia VRS estate (it's fantastic), the drivers door seal is worn right down after years of the previous owner jumping in and out. I'm looking to replace it, and probably the rest if I can find a supplier. Pretty much every company I've seen sell variations of seals with either the D shape or an extended lip, the ones in my octavia have both. D profile to seal the door outside and a 1 1/2" lip the other side to cover the trim/ roof liner/ carpet edge. It's all edge clipped to the body not the door. Any thoughts from any previous owners?
