Hi, had the MC a few weeks now, gfs car she said she hasnt got one touch windows, even her old 05 plate Astra had them 

 

is this something that i cantget sorted?

Depending what year the MC is, this cannot be changed. If it's not enabled already then the hardware does not support one touch.

Ah ok, its a 16 plate

To get the one touch drivers window all 4 windows have to be electric Joe

I too am surprised (and annoyed) that our 66 plate SEL does not have one-touch windows. Both our Mk1 Fabias had it. When you operate the switch, it doesn't feel like there is an option for it so not a fault with the car.

i just wondered if it could be retro fitted. 

Probably I think it’s switch related vs coding. So more than likely not difficult to swap. 

For the car to have one touch windows then another sensor is required

The anti trap to stop you winding the window up when you are leaning out of it.
