How about a Mountiaq

Bigger wheels might make it look the part, but Skoda could be simply cleaver and build something that is actually function over style and with wheels and tyres and suspension

that suits actual use as a Pick-Up and not just a Lifestyle vehicle.

It would not count as a 'Dual Use' Utility vehicle just a Light Commercial in the UK if a 2 seater so Speed Restrictions would apply.

Same as if they did a Kodiaq Van for the UK.

They'll never build it, its for teenager bedroom walls only.

Given VAG's ability to make their cars look nothing like reality in their brochures, let alone their concepts, I'd have gone for full balloon tyres :D

Looks quite nice, check out the arch gap and wheel size / proportion...

Something went wrong somewhere...

Although I like the idea of a Skoda pick-up it would need to be double-cab to make production. Next VW Amorak will be built by Ford so chances of a Skoda spin-off highly unlikely like the Karoq convertible which they showcased last year. As for the name simply call it Kodiaq Outdoor (does what it says on the tin) and perhaps it will come with a free Skoda Mountain bike.:tongueout:

A Karoq 2 seater pickup would be just right IMO.  More like the Yeti (apprentice) Concept one.

(Skoda Heritage..)

A Hybrid version would be 'Simply Clever'.   And get lots of Magazine / Social Media space and maybe actual sales.

Light Commercial / Business Use, Leisure / Lifestyle vehicles, City Car / 2 seater Sports car.

1.0 TSI FWD and Electric Motor rear wheels.

I didn't realise that they've actually built one, I just thought it was an artists impression!

Looks to be a promotional stunt off the back of their graduate / student scheme in the Czech Republic.

Just now, Skoffski said:

They could have Plastic Printed a Soft Front Mount Surround for a Winch that could be EU Legal rather than mount a Bull Bar that is not.

Did seem a bit 80's but the kids were probably told to keep the costs down (what ever was in the parts store).
