  1. Driving home last night when I passed J21A on the M1 the car was averaging 80.9mpg and the ambient temp was 9.0C and by the time I got home at 828 miles it had averaged 74.7mpg for the 27 mile journey. Now decided to take it for my 3 nights so should fill up Friday morning at around 936 miles.
  2. 850 Calories today (also went past 51,000 calories) and 1 hour 23 minutes on the bike with 37km covered. Day 63 totals now 88 hours 30 minutes and 2,237km.
  3. Auto Express mentioned September 2021 release for the revised face lifted Kodiaq.
  4. 66 Litre is the official size (14.5gallons) but some have managed to put another 5 litres in the neck leading down to the tank.
  5. On the way to work today after 790 miles on this tank still had 200 miles left but it will be at least another week before I need fuel.
  6. You are wrong there is an E mode button to select electric only and a Sport button which combines the petrol engine and electric motor for full power.
  7. Cleaned it this morning at work when it was a chilly 2C. Checked when the first service is due and it 8,400 miles away or at 17,700 miles.
  8. Portugal now officially confirmed for Sunday 2nd May and Baku 4-6th June with no spectators. Record 23 races this season.
  9. Think it had the spare wheel as well from my earlier research. Matrix LED headlights are awesome and my wife said the scrolling rear indicators pinched from Audi make it look smart when she was following in her Karoq. Even the front LED fog lamps look much slicker than the chunkier versions on my 2019 Sportline Plus.
  10. Sounds a bit dodgy to me.
  11. Glad you bought it probably saved me £4,000 and an argument with the wife.
  12. You can blame me I can very persuasive.
  13. Think you've made the right call Sasha with Virtual Dash and Supernova's which suit it so well and Vrs TDi matching power.
  14. My wife uses a wet wipe followed by dry paper towel on our 2020 Black Leather SEL seats.
  15. The last Skoda he owned when he was active on here was a Meteor Grey Octavia VRS with a nice spec. I doubt whether he will contact you but I will use his notification and if he wants to get in touch he will. @Auric Goldfingerhad a cool number plate which was BE57 VRS.
  16. Early finish today after 1 hour 40 minutes and 45km as I'm well ahead of my 4 month target of 2,000km (March 9th) so Day 62 totals now 87 hours 7 minutes and 2,200km.
  17. Took 69 minutes and 30km this morning to do the 700 calories to reach 50,000. Not doing much more this afternoon just another 15km or so. Update later as usual.
  18. No my 2019 Sportline Plus and current FL 2020 SEL both have KESSY and the Personalisation welcome feature so when I press the start button on my diesel it says "Welcome Slow Shy". My car was only £22,800 with 6,253 miles from my local Skoda dealer despite having a £33,000 new price. Pay 60 months at £447 per month Sasha on HP.
  19. My last 2 Superbs both came with 3 keys and it makes you wonder what type of owner loses 2 keys?
  20. Cheap is not always the best option unfortunately.
  21. I used to live near a guy who had a genuine Lambo Countach V12 in his garage and I would stand and stare if he was going to fire it up. Pure car porn.
  22. I just like the handbrake turn it does at the end of the journey. I must be easily pleased.
  23. Decided to stop at 2 hours 27 minutes because it coincided with 1,500 calories for the day and 66km. Day 61 totals now 85 hours 27 minutes and 2,155km.
  24. Feeling fresh as a Daisy today and went past 48,000 calories after 20 minutes and 9km then passed 49,000 calories at 1 hour 58 minutes and 53km and still not finished with the usual daily update to follow.
  25. Another one to consider been reduced from £30,000 to £26,780 at Marshall's Nottingham Race Blue Sportline Plus hatch with Vega alloys and Virtual Dash with delivery miles (just 7 on the photo) and 190 diesel plus DSG which makes it a cracking buy plus spare wheel I think.
