Door Lock Clip Spring..Where does it go please?

Sorry for the double post. Hello to all. I was a previous member on here but lost all my log in details! My mate and I finally got my front passenger door open on my Skoda Fabia 1. Managed to break a window regulator clip, but luckily it can be replaced. The lock is working manually for now. I just need to know where this clip ( Where the orange screwdriver is pointing to) goes in the locking mechanism. It looks like it would go into the latch above it, but it does not seem to be the case. The bottom part seem to fit and the spring fits in the plastic housing, but we can not work out how the rest of it goes. Thanks in advance for any help....
