So i tried the Revo 5hr demo, and it was awesome. You already know the usual improvements.

So after the 5hr demo is over, i noticed my car is incredibly slower than before. No, i'm not feeling the ilussion of being slower because i'm back to stock levels. My car wont reach 180kmh. I KNOW something is wrong with the software. Also, i vag-com'd my car and noticed my secondary fuel trim (multi) is reading -19%, and this is after Revo.

But all that is just performance-wise. But nooo, not me. Last night i was driving in the rain, very slippery tarmac. I come to a wide corner where i usually like to step on it and let the ESP carry me AROUND the corner instead of OVER it. But no, it appears as if the ESP is switched off, permanently. The car has serious understeer issues that are only noticeable if the ESP is off. Help? :(

By the way, i've read several threads around here and seatcupra.net about people experiencing smiliar simptoms after the revo-demo. I'm just amazed at how i lost my esp. Is it possible that it is disabled? Can it be enabled with vag-com?

Have you contact the REVO dealer ? That would be the first thing I'd do.

AFAIK, the demo doesn't return your map to your previous version, but rather to a generic map...

Definitely get back in touch with the REVO dealer though!

Agree with Phil, get back onto the Revo dealer, there is also a problem on some ECU's when the five hour trial stops, as not all the Revo software is removed from the ECU.

IIRC there were some issues with the REVO demos.....after the demo period is doesn't actually revert to standard but a REVO generic standard...as Rob said.....this makes you car feel under powered.

This is well documented...not so much here but definately on the Seat forums.

Get yourself back to the REVO dealer...they'll have to reflash your EEPROM back to standard.

I'd go back to the Revo Dealer IF they had one down here. They sent a local representative with a Laptop and a cable to do demos. In my local forums they set a meeting point and everyone got their demos. Most of them were happy and are still happy. But the way things are handled here in my country, it's just depressing.

I'll try to get in touch with him, but in the meantime, is the ESP configurable with Vag-Com? Any info on that? Maybe i can check it's status.
