Central locking problems on O3 (4 faulty codes)

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, recently I have problem with my central door locking on my Octavia 3 (year 2015). When I try to lock it with fob key it does two "clicks" instead only one. All the doors lock, only the drivers wont lock. If I try to lock it with key in doors lock then it does the job. I have tried to lock it with second key and still the same problem. I've already visually checked wires between door and chassis and taken apart the door frame, but on the eye everything looks ok.

I have Obdeleven, so I tried to scan it. It scanned those fault codes ;  U019900 , B122D29 , B122B11 ,B122B12 .

If someone had the same problem, please help. I attached scanned faulty codes tho its written in SI.

Thanks

Is there any way I could know that the central locking module its not the problem in my case? I mean all the wires form outside looks good as new (maybe the wires tear apart under the insulation).

that code; B122B11"short circuit on ground" and B122B12 "short circuit on +" leaves me thinking.

A bit of update on that faulty locking system. I didn't read fault codes precise, it was all there "short circuit on motor of central locking" so conclusion is dead motor in the door lock mechanism. Did open that thing and run circuit directly through motor and saw that motor is dead. To bad it can't be replaced only motor like on the previous models but the whole door lock mech, they got that sorted out good.
