Does anyone know if you can remove the initial beep that sounds when you engage reverse?? 

 

I know how to remove the progressive beep as you get closer to an object but it’s the initial beep I can figure out??

 

Wakes the young one when trying to park.....🤯

I was playing around with my car after fitting a new gateway this evening and it looks like you may be able to turn off the notification beep with VCDS.

Rather than turn it off completely you can lower the volume right down, this can be done from within the PDC (Park Distance Control) menu.
