Does anyone know what engine code the new 245 petrol engine has?   It will be the one with the GPF/PPF.

Sorry no idea but someone might be along that can look in the Spare tyre well and see the engine code on the sticker, 

or maybe if you have one you could look.

Pick up car on thursday so wont know till then and was asked by Remap guys what engine code was, hence reaching out on here.

Give it 1k miles to loosen up first and you'll also better notice the power gain. 

I think that's an EA888 gen 3

It is, but thats the generic name/number.  It will be something like DGUPA/DUPA etc

considering how easy it was to find this information, I'd be looking for a new remapper.

 

The table here says DLBA. But I would assume nothing. And I agree, there's more power to be had after the first 10000km.

Thanks.  Im guessing most dont have maps for the newer engine.  Mapper is a big name.  Customer Service is as always variable.
