15 = Ignition supply

30 = Battery live spply

31 = Ground

There are no 15,30,31 mentioned in the pinout of the Green connector, so the Blue one.

 

15 is an ignition ON 12v supply

30 is a permanent 12v supply (ignition on or off)

86S is a 12v supply when the key is in the ignition switch regardless of position (on or off)

31 is the ground/earth

58D is the supply for the backlighting

Solved.

Blue connector:
Pin 1, 23 - 12v
Pin 9, 24 - GND
