hello everybody
My Skoda have a problem that obsesses me: the rear bumper and the exhaust tips become smoked like in the picture. The picture was taken after I did not clean for 2 months.
I did every test on the Skoda service and everything seems to be ok. I also put a video camera to see if it brings smoke into traffic but nothing.
Does anybody have an idea how do I get rid of this?

The car is from 2014 with 2.0 TDI 125kw / 170hp EURO 5

Eh clean it more often than every 2 months🤔

That bumper section on my 2014 estate is gloss black. This might also be the reason I havent seen it get dirty in the last 2 months....

Not that obsessed if it has gradually got like that over 2 months.

It is like my obsessive dieting, i have gained weight since last year not lost any.

Something isn't right.

 

On DPF equipped Superb's the inside of the tail pipes should exhibit no signs of black soot.

 

Not only are your tailpipes heavily sooted, it's severe enough to lick up the back of the car and stain the rear bumper.

 

My Superb covered high mileage and often went a good few months between getting washed. I never experienced any soot around the exhaust.

 

Has the car had it's DPF tampered with, removed, or has the engine been mapped?
