Hello all, so I've browsed the forums as a guest for some time while I owned my Octavia estate, now I no longer have a need for such a big car and although I wasn't actively looking for a change I walked past the garage I got my MK2 from last Friday and they had a MK3 Octavia vrs, i nearly tripped over staring at it, had a little look on Monday during my lunch break and test drove it after work, fell in loved and decided it was going to be mine! fast forward a few days and now I am a newbie to the VRS! after taking it for a little spin, i absolutely love it, surprised at the difference between my old 1.6tdi and this, its like night and day! Hoping to be quite active and pestering everyone for advice shortly!

Hi and welcome, sounds similar to my experience. My previous car was quite quick, but the VRS is faster.
