Hi i have skoda octavia 63  reg.

1.6 diesel automatic

i have got engine management light is on and i think car is on limp mode and sometime its not taking power car is not going above 70 mph and sometime it dont go above 20mph.

 code is P190d00 

which says ,

“Coolent pump for charge pressure cooler mechhanical malfunction”

anyone got any idea how to fix this or any best mechanic near Coventry.

 

There is a seperate thread for this kind of issue, which unfortuantely seems quite common on Octavias of the age of yours. I am sure that others maybe to enligthen you more than I can....
