Compatible Bluetooth Module Part Numbers

Featured Replies

Hi all,

The bloody Bluetooth module in our ‘11 TD170 Elegance failed in Monday after being a bit problematic for a couple of weeks.

Does anyone know which of the modules can be used as a replacement, either as a Skoda or a VAG part number, as I want to be able to spread my search as wide as possible to get it as cheap as possible! Ours unit is a 5N0 035 730 D.

I read elsewhere that a unit with an “E” designation (and probably a different prefix code too?) has more features? I’m not that bothered but if they’re around the same price I’d opt for the one with more, rather than the one with... well... less!

As always, all help very much appreciated.

Cheers... Rob

Bumped....

I had 3C8 035 730 D in my MY2014 superb elegance its newer model but should work in older cars too and supports track names in bluetooth also.

Well, this is proving easier said than done! Does anyone have VAG cross-reference numbers of these ridiculously expensive modules, as I'm having a nightmare tracking a specific Skoda one down?

Thanks Langers2k; that’s really helpful.

God they’re ridiculously expensive for a bloody two way bluetooth connection. Odd that most are only available via Eastern Europe sellers too.
