Anybody out there .....l

Cost varies widely depending on what brand you want to use and who fits them.

The dealer here quoted me €400 to replace mine (parts & labour). I did it myself for about a third of that with KYB springs.

Indie near me quoted around £80 per side inc springs - presumably the cheapest springs available?  £20-30 ea?

I have a 2010 Superb mk2 estate.

I pulled a trailer load of stuff to Spain & nearly took the tops off every speed bump on the way!

The factory rear springs are notoriously weak & pathetic.

I invested in a pair of :

MAD Helper springs are progressively wound steel coil springs fitted in conjunction with the original suspension. MAD Progressive Springs have little or no effect while the vehicle is unladen. As the load imposed on the suspension increases, the springs..

(Easy to fit yourself with a jack, no specialist tools needed, BUT do find & look after the small "headlamp beam leveler sender" attached to the rear wishbone. Don't let it get yanked off)

I then pulled another, much, much heavier trailer load of roofing stuff to Spain & the ride height stayed at the NORMAL driving height position.

Bliss.

No connection, just a well satisfied user,

Hope this helps,

Rod.
