Hi, have you successfully updated your maps? I downloaded the maps but when I tried to replace the Uk map it said not enough space. I am a bit useless at this sort of thing and I know people more savvy than me have done it. Do you have a basic step by step guide on how to do this please.

Hi, no i haven't as  I'm like you when it come to this sort of stuff i'm like you, I am waiting for my son to do it for me. See I can help firstly did you register with Navigon as you have to to install maps from  Navigon fresh cosy £55. When you have done that  you that open Navigon Fresh  and select from the  Fresh shop maps of Europe go down the menu and choose UK map. You can contact Navigon by email they are very helpful, you get a reply sometime the next day. thats as much as i can help you with as im not a young man and as you I ain't savvy either as I don't want whats happened to you. have up joint Navigon Fresh ? In  Navigon fresh see contact us on the top left. please let me know how you go on. i wonder how you find out if you have enough free space and much free space to put on a new map. Please let me know how you go on Sm1ffy. The post above yours from PID Q2 2019 give a web sight but i don't under stand what he means.  if I can help anymore let me know

Go into the Navigon via your PC and find your .map files in Navigon folder, then map folder, delete the .map file(s). Then go to  Navigon Europe Q22019 folder which you have downloaded and load all the files in it to the map folder. You need the .map file and all the .nfs files. If you don't load .nfs files it doesn't work. That's how I did it.
