My Skoda connect app on my iPhone tells me my car Services are in off-line mode and this can only be activated by a dealer, is this correct please

Not sure if this has to be dealer activated or not, but I can see my Digital Service Plan on (my) My Skoda app. It even shows its first service (last December) which was not done by a Skoda dealership. It was actually done by a VAG specialist garage who I've been using for many years. It also show its Delivery Inspection info.
