Mph query solved / Friday 13th

Featured Replies

Just bought a used Yeti Monte Carlo 1.2 Auto to replace the Fabia, whose seats were too low for the wife. Lovely car, very comfortable & performs great. Couldn't understand how I couldn't change the digital speed display from km/h to mph until I came here. Seems I need to move to Australia! Or find someone local to me in Sunderland with VCDS. Anyone help? As a newbie I'm not allowed to message anyone yet.

Welcome, but not sure I understand your post.

I live in Australia and our Skoda digital displays show km/h values for the locally used metric system. The analogue speedo is in km/h too.

Probably should have posted this in the Yeti section?

I'm quoting info I've read on this forum which tells me that in Australia Km/h is the default but it's possible to have the digital readout showing mph, the opposite to the way it works in the UK. I'm going to seek advice from my local garage when I have the ecu remapped.

If you have an infotainment system try this:-

push

Menu

Settings ( Car )

Units.
