how much was it mate

Miltec or Supersprint

Miltek 2.5 or 3" down pipes are cost effective and are definitly better than b/flame

Supersprint racing cats are the best in quality but are way too xpensive

Most tuners choose Miltec 3" at £330 ish its well worth it

And gives much improved throttle response wich is what you want

Hi

Yes I have to agree with Miltek

We have an offer on at the moment with Miltek

The 2.5" Retails at £398.00 + VAT and we have them at £358.20 + VAT

The 3" Retails at £285.00 + VAT and we have them at £256.50 + VAT

Hope this helps

Sarah

So the 3" is cheaper than the 2.5"?

Why would anyone get the smaller one then?

thats more expensive than blueflame and from what i've heard on the grapevine miltek is no where as good as it used to be quality wise. making things a lot cheaper than they used to.

and that is from someone in the business not some spotty gimp on the street.

i've had no issue's at all with my blueflame system and it certainly looked nicely done when ever i've looked at whilst the car has been up on ramps.

yellowtaxi, what makes you say that supersprint/miltek are better than blueflame?? not saying your wrong but wondered where your arguement came from? is it material quality? material thickness? fit and finish? or all of them?

As a Miltek owner the fit is good and the sound is as expected, however the new range of miltek exhausts that are coming through the build is poor, it seems they are penny pinching. Blueflame although cheaper seem to fit together better and the sound is slightly louder...(comparing mine and Bengies here)

Get a custom downpipe made by "primary designs" in Thame, mines 100cel and cost me nothing:eek: ;)

M8 check out Des`s (delcac) for sale items he has a 200cel cat for sale, unsure of make though

Phil

Miltec I believe only has 12 month Guarantee. Blue flame I believe is life time

Also check prices carefully, you are better getting a full system & does the miltec include a sports cat, Blueflame normally do.

Blue Flame will also do a one off bespoke item with whatever tail pipe you want

All things to consider.

As for performance & sound, Im very impressed with my Blue Flame on both counts

Have you considered a de-cat system mate?
