Armrest stuck in UP position

Featured Replies

Hi there,

I got my 2017 Superb valeted today and the muppets got the armrest stuck in the UP position. It won't ratchet down again for me and I don't want to force.

Very irritated !

Anyone had a similar experience.

Thanks, Keith

Have you tried to pull it all the way back before you push it down?

Hi freelunch. Cheers for the rey. Got it sorted since. It had been pulled all the way back. I gave it a gentle tug upwards and then forward and it went down. Tested multiple times after this a d it seems good.
