I have a skoda superb from 2016 with cruise control, but without multifunction steering wheel. Cam anyone please tell me if it is possible a retrofit and what parts do I have to replace?

cruise control (both ACC and normal) was never on the steering wheel, always on a stalk

I suppose you need to decide what you would like on the steering wheel first and then ask if those options are possible? 

Is it volume control, hands free phone buttons, etc, etc.

I want this, but I don’t know if I have to change anything.

Get an autoscan from your car and compare it scans online of cars with a MFSW.

 

That should give you an idea of whether you'd need a new steering wheel controller or not.
