How do we change side light bulbs????

Hi guys we have a roomster 2

passenger side sidelight bulb needs changing so thought it would be a great idea to upgrade them only to find this a crazy job and not much help on YouTube there surely must be an easy way to change them my fingers are killing me from trying to get them out. 😡😡😡😡😡
