Slave cylinder

Featured Replies

Hello,

could anyone tell me whether the slave cylinder is lnternal or external on the clutch of a mk2 Skoda Fabia sport 1.6 2008 model?

Best bet is to look for the 'transmission code' on the car data sticker near the spare wheel well. Then stick that into the ebay search box and look at photos of gearboxes with the same code that are for sale.

If it's an external one I think it will be on the top surface of the gearbox, resembling this: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SEAT-ALTEA-XL-CORDOBA-IBIZA-LEON-TOLEDO-CLUTCH-SLAVE-CYLINDER-NEW/173629793955?fits=Car+Make%3AVW|Model%3APolo&epid=4025647695&hash=item286d2466a3:g:x9QAAOSwQtdb5EmE (with a hydraulic hose going into the white bit).
