Help with amundsen nav

So ive had my karoq 2.0 tdi sportline just over a week now and evertime im out on local roads my nav shouts out about narrow roads and narrow lanes nothing to do with traffic or anything like that just narrow roads and what have you i would try and turn off nav announcements however my thoughts are if i do so when i try and use nav in future it wont announce turn offs and what have you surely there must be a soloution for thin any help would be greatly appreciated
