Had my skoda fabia 3 sel 1.2 tsi 56 plate for about 4 months it had only done 4000 verified miles. I had it mapped 2 months ago (dont think this is the cause) but last week my front wiper randomly come on and did this for my whole journey, once i got out car and came back 10 mins it never happened again, then tonight it did again as well as rear wiper, i tried the wiper stalk to change setting and made no difference, car was stopped for an hour and then it never came on again, i have no idea whats causing this, anyone else had this issue?also it does not have the auto wipers.

What actual age of car do you have and is it a Mk2 or a MK3 Faba?

Hi as said  65 plate fabia 3

Your profile says mk2, and you wrote 56 plate in the first post, hence the confusion. Car is too new to fall into my area of knowledge unfortunately.

I read 56 plate, as in your op,

and to the left Fabia 3 mk2.    There were Fabia 3 MK2's. but not 56 plates hense i asked.

 

Sorry no idea what might be the issue, but if there had been rain maybe an issue with h20.

or maybe the stalk and a connection is the issue.

Ahhh i had the fabia 2 then upgraded my bad lol
