Hi

I've got a 2017 Octavia SEL and I've tried to download new maps via the skoda website by putting in my VIN but I get the message ' There are no map and software updates available for this VIN. Please contact your local retailer for more information'. Could this be right, there have been no updates over the last two years? We have whatever the sat nav that came with the car is, has anyone else had this issue/

Assuming it's an Amundsen unit and is using the SD card in the glove box, you'll probably find it's easier to use the VW site and download the equivalent Discover Media map update for a 2017 Golf

The Skoda update portal is well known on here for showing this message incorrectly at random intervals.
