Hi i am new to the forum a message on my dash board came up stating to check number plate bulbs i replaced the bulbs and it still isnt working. I have checked the connectors and power is not coming through anyone had the same issue and know what the problem may be.

A blown fuse maybe? Your handbook should point you at the correct one.

I have checked all the fuses and there ok the number plate lights dont have a separate fuse and the rest of my lights are fine 

Have you got a multimeter to check there is power at the bulb holder?

 

If not, it's possibly a loose or corroded connection at the back of the light, otherwise the wire to the tailgate has got trapped and broken...?

Checked with multimeter opened the tailgate and the connection doesnt seem corroded the wires seems like they are in good condition. Done some other research some people are saying you need to delete the fault from the ecu been to garage to do this and not showing there is a fault so still having the issue. If anyone has any other suggestions thanks.
