SOS error fixed. Showed my drivers licence and told they have added it to the setup so I can lock / unlock from the app but may take a few hours to update.

Soc was the OP on this thread, with an error message about the SOS system.  Presumably, he no longer has that message.

Hi all.

SOS error message was an electrical fault show on diagnostics. They have fix it which meant taking the fuses out and resetting the fault!

 

im now stuck with not being able to lock or unlock off my app which is always handy when out shopping with the kids!!

They said a few hours, but it'll probably be more like 24 hours.
