Anyone had to remove these before and know the best way to go about it? Both the vents are broken. Does the whole centre console have to come out?

weren't difficult,
by first removed "chrome" strip then whole part

 

inserted orange removal tool like this

but i think also plastic credit card will be enough

Hi ... Anybody can explain how to disconnect/unclip the light wire joint of the rear vent unit please?

You need to poke something pointy in the little hole on the connector.

A dart or something similar, from memory.

Hi, there, I'm new to this forum having just bought a 2016 Lauren & Element Superb yesterday!

Today the rear right side vent just fell apart in my hands!

Is there any updates on removing and repairing the slider and vent flaps please? Currently the slider has come off and one of the flaps has come loose inside.

Any help will be most welcome🍻

 

 

why are these vents breaking, they must be the least used part in any car?
