Hi, after looking at all the great photos and the good reviews of the Karoq on here I have finally “pulled the trigger” and ordered a Karoq 1.5 sel dsg in business grey.

Actually I placed the order on the 10th October,but, despite phoning the dealer and even popping in, I am no further forward. No order number or anything like it, is this usual? It’s been some years since I bought a new car so go easy if I’m expecting something that may not happen!

Do they read this forum 😂 at long last I got a phone call with a build week and an order number.....middle of January is the projected arrival date, give or take!

Yep, out of the blue. 😂 Do they read this forum? I deliberately kept the details vague, I wouldn’t want to upset them...yet. I think they may not have ordered my car on the 10th Oct for whatever reason.
