Trim options

Hi all,

I’m currently picking a company car from our list , it needs to be a estate really which leaves the Skoda superb 2.0 tdi se vs Toyota Corolla touring sport 1.8 hybrid.

I was tempted to go for the Toyota until I saw the massive list of optional extras , so have you any recommendations for must have add Ons , if I add them all it takes the car from £26,795 to £35,600

for instance led headlight pack is £1,930 and technology pack is £1,720.

any help appreciated as it needs to be in this week

Get the L&K and it should have all the "toys" you need 🙂

If you want a significant number of extras -- especially expensive ones like LED headlights -- it's often cheaper to buy the next model up if these come as standard, even if this has other stuff that you don't really need.

This is exactly the reason I ended up with the L&K for the second time...

Never easy if you have to pick from a selected list.

Very strange Company car policy that restricts to a selective list, but allows £9000 of options to be added.

Not sure of the logic of doing this.  Was the list selected by a committee with a grudge ?

I can’t name the company obviously but it is a multi million pound company and what we do  is only a small side to it .

the car in question is in the bracket above mine as that is worked out on car price.

however I can add any extras required , it’s a question of do I need it , all I want is to be comfortable and for all my equipment in the boot .

You could park the Toyota in the rear of the Superb. You will also be rubbing shoulders with the front seat passenger. The Toyota is very small in comparison to the Superb so I hope you are not looking for a big estate car.
