Not had a meal in there, but have had a few beers as it is within walking distance of the daughter's house.
We were down visiting her 2 Christmases ago and I ended up singing with a visiting choir in there when they were doing a charity collection around various pubs. Was a great night.

One of only two or three 'locals' recommended by our farmhouse B&B hosts.  AFAIR, a generous helping of lamb casserole at a very fair price; will definitely return!  The Cornish choir no doubt welcomed a Welsh voice!
