Retrofitted rearview camera yesterday.

But the picture is twisted, is it possible to adjust that?

And how to code away rear pdc?

And in the attached picture, can i code away the black box on the left?

 

 

Camera mustn’t be seated straight in the handle, try taking it apart to adjust. You can close the pdc box by pressing the arrow button but to make the black background go away you need to update the radio to newer firmware.

I have sent Pab a message but he didnt want to give me link to new fw since i don´t have any problems with my current fw.
Who else can i ask for link to newest fw?

I like to have my units up to date.

I know i can close it but i dont want pdc rear at all when i have camera installed.

In the rain you may still want the sensors 

I have no idea who else would have it. There is a thread that asks for PM’s of the fw but I don’t know how safe this is. It’s not possible to have no rear sensors on the camera display and honestly, it’s super handy anyway, much better when the screen isn’t black around the car image.
